to Lawrence Paper Company. We are a complete manufacturer of packaging products
for many different businesses. Through our various divisions,
we provide comprehensive packaging solutions.
The Lawrence Paper Company began in 1882, with the construction of the first
paper mill west of the Mississippi. While serving as a pioneer in the packaging
industry, Lawrence Paper Company has forged ahead with its innovative spirit.
As a family-owned business, Lawrence Paper Company has grown by delivering customized
solutions with great customer service. We believe in providing a high level
of flexibility and responsiveness to each of our customers. In today's increasingly
dynamic retail environment, our customers know they can look to us for leadership
and support. In order to thrive in today's marketplace, strategic relationships
must be created and maintained. At Lawrence Paper Company, we feel this is our
niche.
While Lawrence Paper Company has been manufacturing corrugated packaging for
over 100 years; we also offer custom thermoform solutions such as clamshells
and blisters—produced by our plastics division, Perry Manufacturing. In
response to growing demand, The Packaging Café was also created to provide
a one-stop packaging resource. This division of Lawrence Paper Company offers
contract packaging services such as assembly, warehousing, re-packing, and distribution.
However, we'd like to think of our business as solving packaging challenges.
History

Lawrence Paper Company
Lawrence Paper Company has been qualifying, designing
and producing packaging solutions for its customers for more than a century.
Customer satisfaction through effective management of paper resources, corrugating
and converting processes, material handling, finished product warehousing and
environmental impact responsibility provide the foundation for continued success.
Perry Manufacturing
Perry Manufacturing is a fully equipped plastic thermoforming
plant created in 1985 to satisfy customer needs for reliable, quality thermoformed
plastic packaging. We custom design, prototype, and form plastic packaging for
our clients' specific needs emphasizing product visibility, security, profitability
and merchandising ease.
The Packaging Café
The Packaging Café is a full-service contract packaging
division located adjacent to Lawrence Paper Company in a facility of more than
107,000 square feet. Services include assembly, sealing, re-packing, pallet
display programs, shrink-wrapping, warehousing, and distribution.
Jayhawk
Boxes
This 200,000 square foot sheet plant is located in Fremont,
NE, 40 miles northwest of Omaha. This plant specializes just-in-time supply
of your corrugated packaging requirements.
BRAD
Systems, Inc.
This subsidiary of The Lawrence Paper Company provides
the Converting Management Information System, a complete job-shop information
system. This software is used by The Lawrence Paper Company to run manufacturing
operations in Lawrence, KS, Perry, KS, Fremont, NE, and for 4 remote warehouse
locations. Numerous other corrugated plants in the United States and Canada
also use this software to run their operations.
